ResponsibilitiesBrand developmentDesign and develop brand strategies that align with the company’s mission or statementsConduct market research and competitive analysis ensuring brand consistency across all platforms by overseeing brand message and visual identityCollaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency across both new and existing productsMarketing Strategy and content creationDevelop and implement marketing plans including digital, social media or traditional marketing channelsManage and oversee marketing campaigns, product launching and promotional eventsCreate and manage content strategies that engage target audiences and support brand goalsPerformance Tracking and ReportingTrack and analyze the marketing campaigns and brand initiatives performanceKeep alert with insights on marketing trends by using data to refine marketing strategies
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Literature, Communications, or a related field1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multi-tasks effectively under deadlines, time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in digital marketing such as Instagram, YouTube, etc.
