Description
To perform pre-admission clinical assessments of patients referred to the hospital and coordinate clinical decision-making related to patient admissions. As a member of the Care Team, the Nurse Liaison incorporates and shares knowledge of referring agencies, physicians, and competition to develop hospital census according to goals established within the Care Team. This position shares responsibility for referral-to-admission conversion.

Hours:
Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) Day Shift
Up to $15,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible full-time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in BSN
Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in acute medical-surgical, critical care, LTCH or IRF, insurance, workers’ compensation, related clinical area preferred
