Candidates with relevant in-house counsel experience in the life sciences industry will also be considered.Job Overview:The Mid-level Corporate and Business Transactions - Life Sciences Associate Attorney will focus on life sciences transactions, playing a crucial role in drafting and negotiating various agreements essential to the operations of life sciences companies. This role requires 3-5 years of law firm experience with life science transactions or relevant in-house counsel experience in the life sciences industry.Duties:Drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements, license agreements, supply agreements, and other operational agreements relevant to life sciences companies.Advising clients on transactional matters, including due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance with industry regulations.Managing client relationships and communication regarding transactional matters and legal strategies.Conducting legal research and analysis to support transactional initiatives and address client concerns.Collaborating with other attorneys and stakeholders within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients.Requirements:3-5 years of law firm experience with life science transactions.Alternatively, candidates with 2+ years of experience as in-house counsel for a life sciences industry company and a strong desire to focus on life sciences transactions would also be considered.Experience drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements, license agreements, supply agreements, and other operational agreements.Strong understanding of life sciences industry regulations and compliance requirements.Education & Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the applicable jurisdiction.Skills:Proficiency in drafting and negotiating transactional agreements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Legal research and analysis capabilities.Client management and relationship-building skills.Company info:BCG Attorney Search225 Franklin Street, 26th floorBoston, MassachusettsUnited States 02110Phone:
