As one of the top civil engineering firms, awarded consecutively as the "best firms to work for" and specializing in water and wastewater projects throughout the nation, our client provides unparalleled opportunities for growth and advancement.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification within Civil Engineering discipline.Extensive technical experience (8+ years) leading the design of large-scale municipal/public works related to drinking/freshwater treatment facilities & distribution systems; wastewater collection/treatment plants & conveyance systems; pump stations; lift stations; storage facilities; etc.PE License in state of Georgia.Responsibilities:Manage complex water/wastewater infrastructure projects from inception through completion.Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules with clients.Lead multidisciplinary teams including design engineers and support staff.Ensure compliance with all local regulations regarding environmental standards.Mentorship of junior engineers to boost their technical capabilities.Benefits:Salary $135,000-$170,000ESOP scheme pathway from DAY 1.Opportunity to work on some of the most technically challenging waterline projects in the local area.Opportunity to work fully remotely as required.Regular cultural events, industry conferences such as GAWP.Twice a year bonuses (5-15% of annual salary).
