Our Compensation:Here at Crunch we structure our compensation to reward our employees for their dedication to revenue growth, team development, client retention as well as personal growth. Includes an attractive salary with a monthly bonus plan, also able to receive extra quarterly bonus too!
What We Look For In Our Bilingual General Manager:A record of success in driving revenueMinimum of 3 years of sales experienceMinimum of 1-2 years managing a team of 7-10 employeesPrior experience in the fitness industry and personal training preferred.The ability to hire, train, & develop a highly effective sales teamAbility to generate leads through local outreach initiativesCompetitive personality with a desire to winA desire for personal/professional growthTeam oriented individualOrganized and professionalEfficient and effective communication skills
