Southern Cancer Care is looking to hire a Hematologist/Oncologist for their Springhill Medical Center Campus in Mobile. For more than thirty years, Southern Cancer Center has made important contributions to the fight against cancer and diseases of the blood by offering advancements in technology, treatment, early detection, and clinical trials. Because of our integrated, team-based approach to patient care, we work closely with our patients and their families to create an individual treatment plan that addresses their physical and emotional health.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Educate patients and their families about treatment options and care plans.Qualifications:MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Board certification in Hematology and/or Oncology.Valid medical license to practice in the state.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to patient-centered care.
