The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of federal regulations, procurement processes, and technological needs. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and proposing comprehensive solutions that address complex federal government requirements, while ensuring compliance with government standards and frameworks. As a core member of the Business Development (BD) team, this position requires understanding and writing winning solutions and proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) with a blend of technical, strategic, and communication skills. You will play a critical role in crafting technical solutions and architectures that meet the specific needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales, engineering, and delivery teams to create compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and address customer requirements effectively.Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the BD team, CTO, and the Innovation Lab team to write winning proposals including technical solutions, staffing needs, budget, risks with mitigation strategies, and development and delivery methodologiesWork together with clients and other stakeholders to comprehend their strategic goals and technical needs.Collaborate with teaming partners on technical approaches for joint RFI/RFP’sDemonstrated ability to lead and manage proposal development efforts, including the creation of technical documentation and presentation materials.Design solutions for federal systems that are scalable, flexible, secure, cost efficient, and capture the solutions in winning federal proposals.Lead the technical aspects of proposal responses, including solution design, architecture diagrams, technical writing, staffing model, and cost estimations.Identify technical risks associated with proposed solutions and recommend mitigation strategies.Contribute to the development of reusable assets, such as templates, case studies, and best practices, to streamline future proposal efforts.Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in solutions and service offerings.Develop materials and participate in major presentations to senior federal leadership.Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, recommending and incorporating innovative approaches into our solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.15+ years of total experience in IT, with at least 3 years at a federal agency.8+ years as a Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, or Technical Project Manager.Must have experience supporting as a Solutions Architect

or overall Program-level Technical LeadDevelop and articulate innovative solutions tailored to federal government challenges, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, data strategy, cloud services, and application development.Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions.Lead the creation of high-quality proposals, including technical approach, solution architecture, staffing model, and cost estimates.Ensure all proposed solutions comply with federal regulations, standards, and guidelines, including FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, and other relevant frameworks.Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and ensure the proposal aligns with client expectations and compliance requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and propose effective solutions.U.S. Citizenship or Green card holder requiredPreferred Qualifications:
