You will be responsible for staff management, budget oversight, and quality improvement initiatives.What you will be doing?- Lead and mentor nursing staff in the CVICU.- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.- Develop and implement patient care policies and procedures.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.- Manage departmental budgets and resources efficiently.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Candidates who will earn fast interviews will have:- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
