The Opportunity:

We’re seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team, focused on the Western United States. This is more than just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing company where you can make a significant impact. You’ll be responsible for selling Cayosoft’s industry-leading software solutions to large enterprise companies, managing complex sales cycles, and closing transactions ranging from $100K to $5M ARR+. As a strategic member of the sales team, you will develop a deep understanding of your clients’ business landscapes, identifying key IT initiatives where Cayosoft's solutions can deliver significant value and ROI. You'll leverage this insight to craft persuasive business cases that drive the adoption of our high-value software subscriptions. Mastery in value-based and outcome-focused selling is essential, as this approach not only demonstrates the tangible benefits of our solutions but also plays a critical role in maintaining our exceptional 99%+ customer retention and renewal rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise-Level Transactions:

Lead complex sales cycles, closing deals ranging from $100K to $5M ARR+ that contribute significantly to Cayosoft’s growth.

Strategic Selling:

Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals, ensuring that our enterprise segment meets and exceeds targets.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain deep relationships with enterprise clients, understand their IT needs, and position Cayosoft’s solutions as the answer to their challenges.

Technical Collaboration:

Work closely with technical teams to demonstrate Cayosoft’s advantages to prospects and customers, leading POCs and ensuring alignment throughout the sales cycle.

Pipeline Management:

Accurately track activities and manage your opportunity pipeline daily in CRM, providing a clear and up-to-date view of your business.

Contract Negotiation:

Lead the RFP process, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close high-value business deals effectively.

Customer Success:

Maintain and nurture client relationships post-sale, identifying opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell and ensuring high levels of customer and partner satisfaction.

Market Understanding:

Develop a deep understanding of your territory, including customers, prospects, partners, competitors, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Sales Success:

A minimum of 7 years in business-to-business software sales, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise or strategic accounts, particularly with high-value transactions.

Territory Expertise:

5+ years of experience in territory planning and development, ideally within the Western United States or TOLA region.

Technical Acumen:

Deep understanding of cybersecurity, ransomware, enterprise software, cloud, hybrid technologies, and the Microsoft stack.

Relationship Builder:

Strong experience in managing and growing client relationships, with a proven track record of influencing decision-makers and executives.

Modern Sales Tools Proficiency:

Proficient in modern sales technologies like Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, Gong.io, Microsoft Teams.

High-Energy Professional:

A positive attitude, high energy, and a sense of urgency are essential. You should also have strong organizational and time management skills.

Flexible and Resilient:

Able to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment and solve problems creatively.
