As a New Home Sales Coordinator, you'll help support the Sales Managers within the Regional footprint to increase sales volume, with focus on supporting the new home model merchandising and sales centers. This position will coordinate and oversee the preparation of sales activities in the field. Do you have the energy and dedication to help us grow our successful team?

Primary Responsibilities

Strategically work with NVR employees and design company to ensure that structural and interior features of the model home meet the expectations of the established buyer profile.

Oversee and monitor Model Home construction progress for the Regional office per business demands in each Division.

Plan and coordinate the installation of sales offices within the model home.

Determine landscaping, walkway, and parking specifications to ensure ADA compliance for model homes and make recommendations to division staff for execution of approved plan.

Order signage and displays for model homes and provide guidance on proper placement.

Support regional sales team by managing and tracking regional competitive shops, serve as liaison to place, select and review advertising, and coordinate special events within the region.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of sales experience or sales merchandising for a large organization

Exceptional administrative skills with strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work effectively and independently in a complex professional environment

Strong analytical and customer service skills

Adaptable individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines

Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus
