Arlo Henderson - State Farm Agency, located in Tampa, FL has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Manager. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set!

ResponsibilitiesDevelop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.What we provide:

Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (required)Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Property and Casualty license (required)Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuities license (must be able to obtain)Bilingual English/Spanish preferredSales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedAbility to multi-taskAbility to effectively relate to a customer
