Quality Assurance Analyst (Quality Assurance - Level III)

Candidate References Requirement:

Location:

Onsite LAUSD Administrative Headquarters, 333 S. Beaudry Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90017

Period of Performance:

Through June 30, 2025 (Initial Period)

Minimum Qualifications:

Proposer's Resource must have at least eight (8+) years of experience in providing services as listed in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Qualifications and Duties1) Create System, regression, and performance test plans/scripts.2) Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns. Perform root cause analysis and provide suggestions to implement corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues.3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and customer support, to identify quality improvement opportunities and ensure timely resolution of issues.4) Create test cases for UI, batch, API and data suite of applications.5) Perform manual and automated testing of application and data.6) Design performance load testing scenarios.7) Design and develop data quality validation for ETL solutions with expert level of SQL skills8) Create Quality Control standards and templates.9) Expert knowledge on automation testing tools such as Selenium to automate testing on various aspects of an application.10) Experience in Cloud native applications QA like lambdas, Power BI, Snowflake and DBT.

Work Schedule:

The resource(s) shall be available to begin work upon full execution of the agreement. Standard work hours will be Monday thru Friday between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon. The actual schedule may be adjusted based on project needs by the sponsor.

Others:

For the duration of the project, the proposed firm and/or resource are expected to bring their own laptop computer equipped with appropriate tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc. A performance review will be conducted by the District to ensure services are performed satisfactorily by the Contractor and its resource. Contractor will be notified by the District of their performance. If the review is unsatisfactory, the contractor will be required to submit a corrective action plan to address the deficiencies. If the performance is not improved, the contract will not be renewed, and the option years will not be exercised.
