They will oversee performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and track accomplishments through practice quality software.Duties:
Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to endProvide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviewsMake recommendations for improvement to practice managersManage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice-quality softwareRequirements:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited universityPassed the Bar Exam on the first attempt3+ years of litigation experienceExperience as 1st chair in family law casesLicensed to practice law in the state of OhioSkills:
Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software
