We are looking for an Account Manager who excels in sales and customer relationship management and embodies our core values. As an Account Manager, you will spearhead the introduction and growth of Golden Eagle Vodka in new and existing markets. Collaborating with distributor partners and establishing strategic retail partnerships, you will enhance our brand’s visibility and reputation through innovative marketing and promotional strategies.Detailed Responsibilities:

Market Penetration:

Open new PODS (points of distribution) by executing high-frequency and high-impact visits to on and off-premise retail accounts, fostering relationships with decision-makers and staff members.Sales Presentations:

Book and execute presentations with retail buyers and distribution partners.Staff Training and Programs:

Conduct retail staff training and implement programs.Cocktail Program Development:

Collaborate with on-premise beverage leaders to develop cocktail programs that promote Golden Eagle Vodka.Brand Advocacy:

Lead efforts to ensure brand consistency and premium positioning.Performance Management:

Manage and execute ongoing goals and KPIs that align with our brand and business strategies.Community Engagement:

Participate in community and industry events to boost brand visibility.Regulatory Compliance:

Skilled in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meets, and Chat) and CRM tools, ensuring efficiency in remote connectivity.Required Qualifications:

3+ years in beverage alcohol sales or upscale hospitality (e.g., as a lead bartender, sommelier, beverage director, or GM).Demonstrated track record in professional relationship building and sales achievement.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This position demands frequent travel and extensive hours, including participation in trade shows, events, and on-premise brand advocacy initiatives. The role requires resilience in managing the physical demands associated with driving, event setups, and product presentations and promotions. Candidates must meet the following requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods.Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs.Using hands for handling or feeling and reaching with arms; climbing or balancing on stairs or ladders; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; and the ability to speak and hear effectively.Visual acuity requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Must possess a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving a vehicle and traveling via plane or train as needed.Must be at least 21 years of age and able to work on a computer, drive, or walk for extended periods.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions successfully.Comp & Benefits:

The salary range for the Account Manager position is $48,000 to $90,000. Based on current market conditions and company budgeting, this range reflects the minimum and maximum salary we anticipate offering. The salary may vary within this range depending on local minimum wage requirements, the candidate’s education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance metrics, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
