The Territory Sales Manager - Neurodiagnostics is responsible for directly promoting, selling, and supporting Cadwell's neurodiagnostic products. Product responsibility includes EEG, and EMG. The Territory Sales Manager - Neurodiagnostics will coordinate and drive sales of all assigned products, and as needed, working in concert with product line Sales Specialists. The position is focused on growing Cadwell's overall business within the sales region through account penetration and development, promoting teamwork and team selling activities, and driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed established sales goals for assigned neurodiagnostic product linesOrchestrate team selling activities for hospital/IDN/KOL accounts with product line Sales Specialists, Electrode sales team, and IONM sales teamDevelop territory business plans in alignment with management goals for the regionCreate territory sales forecasts, utilize administrative tools for opportunity management (CRM)Carry out product installations and customer in-service trainingActively participate in neurodiagnostic related trade shows, exhibitions, conventions, and courses approved by CadwellProvide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and forecastsFunction as liaison between customers and Cadwell; assist in resolving problems and concerns and maintain excellent customer support throughout the regionProvide customer recommendations and requirements to staff to assist in the technical development and marketing of products and servicesDevelop in-depth technical understanding of assigned product linesImprove sales skills to increase sales success ratesPerform other duties as requested, directed, or assignedEducation / Experience :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business sales, marketing, or a medical/scientific discipline is required4+ years of professional sales experience or equivalent, ideally in medical devices, or in the medical/scientific research field is requiredJob Knowledge / Requirements:

Requires excellent oral and written communications skills, including formal presentation skills before small groups to clearly communicate technical informationAccurately assess customer needs and provide consultative solutionsWillingness and understanding of how to build long-term relationships with customersSkilled in problem analysis and resolution; sound decision making capability with alignment to company goals, objectives, and valuesComputer literacy is essentialWorking knowledge of Window OS in a networked environment is preferredPhysical Requirements / Working Conditions:

General sales positions may require some standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, pulling, finger dexterity, talking, hearing, visual acuity, and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy required80% travel required; must be able to obtain necessary travel documents; majority of travel will be regional but not limited to the defined territory (Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma). This position is based in the Dallas metropolitan area with close proximity to a major airport. This territory may be changed at Cadwell's sole discretion.Work hours outside normal business hours may be required to meet business needs

Pay Range:

$75,000 per year
