About the Role:
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. This role will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and executive team, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and execution of short-term initiatives and overall company strategy. This is a dynamic role that requires the candidate to be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, capable of implementing the vision of the CEO.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide executive support and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and the executive team.
  • Collect data, research solutions, and provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on functional areas of the company.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, trends, and support decision-making.
  • Administer the decisions of the CEO, measure and report on outcomes, and make continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Prepare for and attend board of director meetings and manage investor relations.
  • Manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the executive team and across the organization.

What We're Looking For:
  • Educational background in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals across various levels of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Experience or strong interest in working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and our leadership to influence company-wide initiatives.
  • Self-starter attitude and the willingness to "roll up your sleeves."
