Position Description

Join Serco in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada as we expand our work in the National Capital Region (NCR) to support Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) through its Real Property Services (RPS) Branch. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) through its Real Property Services (RPS) Branch provides federal departments and organizations with affordable, productive work environments and a full range of real property services, including workplace solutions, property and facilities management, portfolio and asset management, project management and delivery, technical services, and real estate services. Under this work Serco will manage 28 buildings in the National Capitol Region from 2025-2028, increasing to 359 buildings in 2028.

Qualifications

To be successful in these roles, you will have:
  • Valid Class G Driver's License
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Level II security clearance
  • Ability to speak and write in French language is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field
  • 3 years' experience with business process optimization, strategic sourcing, supplier/subcontractor management, financial/cost management, field support, facilities, and readiness management. 10 years of experience is preferred
