About the Role:
Gymnastics Partners (“GP”) is seeking a Regional General Manager to join and lead one of our growing regions in San Diego, CA. As the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of an activity center or set of centers in the region, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and, most importantly, that the centers provide a best-in-class environment for their gymnasts, parents, coaches, employees, and communities. You will oversee all facets of the business, focused on providing strategic guidance, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented leader to make a significant impact and contribute to the continued success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve financial objectives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to set organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission.
Oversee all operational functions, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, employee performance, and resource management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Identify talent needs, participate in the recruitment and selection process, and support the professional development of employees.
Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
Key Qualification and Skills:
5 + years Proven of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the home servicegymnastics or youth enrichment industry or a related field.
Strong business acumen, with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and navigate complex situations.
Knowledge of the home service gymnastics or youth enrichment industriesy and related regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in using technology and software systems to drive operational efficiencies.
Pay ranges between $75,000 - $125,000 a year
