To learn more visit www.tabapay.com.Who You AreThis position is part of TabaPay’s Product and Technology organizations and the Project Coordinator will work across multiple business and technical units within TabaPay to drive overall project success. The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator or administrator, but is self-motivated, curious, and has a drive to get things done.What You’ll DoThe responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Proactively take charge, get things done and operate effectivelyDevelop and maintain project tasks and track the tasks to completionBe the point of contact and communicate project status to cross-functional teamsOrganize and participate in daily calls and stakeholder meetingsDocument meeting notes and follow-up on action itemsActively identify and address the needs of the team and provide appropriate supportBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline1+ years specialized experience in project coordination or management in a technology organizationPrior experience working in a software development startup or hypergrowth environment preferredExpertise in JIRA required, with an overall familiarity with project management and reporting toolsAbility to demonstrate critical thinkingExcellent verbal and written communicationThis position is onsite 5 days a week at our Mountain View, CA HQ.The pay range for this position is $90,000-$105,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
