Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.Travel %: 15%Pay: $98,000 - $167,900What you will doThe Brand Manager - US Neutrogena Makeup is responsible for developing and executing the tactical annual marketing plan, making recommendations for the development of company marketing strategy, identifying and implementing local marketing opportunities, establishing and managing relationships with outside vendor agencies, and creating and directing annual communications, research, and public relations plans to support the strategic marketing plan:Key ResponsibilitiesShape and deliver holistic marketing strategy for US Neutrogena MakeupManage Neutrogena Makeup P&L and investment strategy; provide insights that inform strategic decisions to maximize NTS and Brand ContributionCoordinate the development of annual three-year strategic plan and 12-month business plan to outline strategic objectives, key initiatives, and financial targetsLead portfolio management strategy discussions (revenue growth management, price architecture, business simplification) for U.S. Neutrogena MakeupCoordinate team to build holistic, insight-driven consumer activations that deliver meaningful resultsCoordinate team to consistently monitor external category and competitive market dynamics to inform marketing plans and growth opportunitiesLead the commercialization of product launches for U.S. market and the communications plan for the categoryOversee health of business reporting and forecasting, representing financial position, risks and opportunities to leadershipBuild trusting relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize business outcomesLead, coach and help the development of team of two direct-line reportsWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsMinimum of 6 years of related experience in CPG industryBachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related fieldStrong knowledge of marketing and sales required, Beauty industry experience preferredDesired QualificationsDemonstrated success in enabling business growth and strategy developmentStrong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize forecast and predict outcomes on the basis of complex business data and reportsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to lead effectively through ambiguity, conflict and complexityStrong demonstration of all behaviors of our Leadership ImperativesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of the US market and consumer trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 - $167,900.
