We are hiring an administrative, customer-service-oriented individual for part-time role working with ADM's Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Coordinator.

Our Recruitment Coordinators work with our candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to support various aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process. From responding to candidates expressing interest in roles to scheduling to supporting the onboarding process, the coordinators have a hand in ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Our recruitment coordinators possess excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, strong attention to detail and enjoy multi-tasking and learning new processes! This position is hybrid, 25-29 hours per week and based in Decatur, IL.

In this role you will:

Establish a foundational level of knowledge regarding ADM's staffing philosophies and processesGain exposure and build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the organizationWork in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentDuring your day-to-day you will:

Facilitate the recruiting process by providing support to a team of recruiters across multiple lines of businessSupport job posting, open house events and career fairs, sourcing and candidate engagementSchedule candidate interviews and coordinate any travel arrangementsEnsure a positive and efficient onboarding experience for all new hires

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

You will bring:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and standard Microsoft Applications (excel)Strong organizational and prioritization capabilitiesDemonstrated sound decision-making ability and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent teamwork skillsCreativity, with a desire to learn and growAdaptability, confidentiality, and strong communication skillsExperience working with an applicant tracking system is a plus but not a requirement.Excited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
