As an Account Manager in our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding client relationships within the well service industry. Your expertise in Frac, pump down, fishing & rental, production services, downhole tools, pump repair, maintenance, pump parts, and power swivels will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth

Job Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.Proactively identify new business opportunities, upsell services, and achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.Leverage your in-depth understanding of Frac, pump down, fishing & rental, production services, downhole tools, pump repair, maintenance, and pump parts to address client inquiries and provide technical support.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed business decisions.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for management review.Address client concerns promptly and work with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience / Education Requirements:
1-3 years of prior experience in the well service industry, with a strong background in Frac, pump down, fishing & rental, production services, downhole tools, pump repair, maintenance, and pump parts.Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.Comprehensive understanding of well service operations and related equipment.Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships.Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in a manufacturing/office environment with some outside exposures.Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle/feel objects; and reach with hands and arms.Spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.Some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.Minimal travel requirements.
