The Chief Information Officer will be pivotal in leading the strategy and modernization of the Information Technology and Security Division for our dynamic credit union. This role will oversee and manage the Information Technology function, including digital transformation, operations/core, information security/cybersecurity, network and helpdesk, user experience (UX), data analytics, project management, software development, and related vendor relationships. This leader will foster exceptional employee growth and development, working collaboratively with the team and stakeholders enterprise-wide.In addition to setting objectives and strategies for the IT department, this position is responsible for driving innovation and digital transformation, aligning technology with Pasadena Federal Credit Union’s strategic priorities, monitoring and analyzing technology trends, ensuring the stability of the Credit Union’s systems, and enhancing the efficiency of the Credit Union’s infrastructure, automation, and technology integration.Our next Chief Information Officer will be a strategic and visionary leader.
