Is Recruiting For The Following Opportunity:

Patent Attorney or Agent.

Patent preparation and prosecution, opinions, client counseling.

For Patent Attorney:

Minimum BS Engineering (Electrical, Computer), or Physics, or Computer Science. Preparation & prosecution of patents, patent opinions (infringement, validity, patentability, right-to-use). Ideally, be capable of supporting a wide range of patent protection and procurement efforts (complex patent infringement litigation, due diligence, transactional / licensing).

Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of solid claim drafting and prosecution experience required. Prior engineering experience would be valued. Additional requirements: strong academic credentials, employment stability, US Patent and Trademark Office registration (USPTO), state bar.

For Patent Agent:

Advanced engineering (Electrical, Computer) or Physics degree strongly preferred. As with Associate role, the agent or attorney will deal will technologies commensurate with background.

This opportunity has a great variety of work, in particular in the electrical and software categories. Preferably, you will have a minimum of 2 years solid claim drafting and prosecution experience required. USPTO Bar required.
