In this highly visible, fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The primary purpose of the Medical Lab Technician position is to perform laboratory analyses of laboratory specimens as requested and distribute test requests to the requesting patient care unit, facility, or physician.Your Job Requirements:Associate's Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology, US Army Medical Laboratory Specialist (MLT) course, or enrolled in an accredited MT or MLT training program and has completed clinical training in the area of employmentMLT(ASCP) or equivalent; MT(AMT); US Army Diploma (MLT)Your Job Responsibilities:Communicate clearly and openlyBuild relationships to promote a collaborative environmentBe accountable for your performanceAlways look for ways to improve the patient experienceTake initiative for your professional growthBe engaged and eager to build a winning teamAbout Methodist Richardson Medical Center
