A law firm in Atlanta is seeking an Insurance Attorney with 3-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies, along with excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing abilities.Duties:Analyze insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on insurance matters.Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance coverage.Requirements:3-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.Strong understanding of insurance coverage issues.Excellent academic credentials.Superior research and writing ability.Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.Skills:Knowledge of insurance coverage issues.Legal research and writing.Litigation and negotiation skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving.Communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
