COMPANY:Our client, a Fortune 500 Software Organization, is seeking a Financial Analyst 4 to bring onto the team.
The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Document Cloud Finance team as we continue to propel the business through data-driven analyses and insights. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial planning and analysis in support of strategic decisions and management reporting.
You will play a key role as Finance Business Partner, delivering concrete insights and providing recommendations to influence business outcomes. You will have an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders within finance and cross-functional teams. You will identify business-critical metrics, build the vital framework for analytics, and measure the impacts of business performance.
What you'll Do
Build driver-based financial models to support the forecasting process and financial reporting. Run sensitivity analysis and provide data analytics to assess risk and opportunity.Drive operational excellence through automation and standardization to improve efficiency, consistency, and accuracy to help scale the business.Deliver insights on key business metrics using data visualization and analytics to advise business performance and drive action plans.Consolidate financial reporting across the Document Cloud business. Lead financial analysis to identify opportunities for synergy across lines of businesses.Partner with various audiences across the business to drive operational improvements.Articulate findings and facilitate the decision-making process across business and finance executive leaders.Prepare business summaries. Analyze emerging trends and provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business results.Develop into a trusted partner with multiple business partners by collaborating and contributing towards achieving shared goals.Support the Annual operational plan and Quarterly forecasting process.
What you need to succeedSelf-starter who can take charge of complex tasks with minimal direction and develop new strategies to approach business challenges.4 - 6 years of Finance experience required; experience in SaaS, Investment Banking, or Consulting preferred.High attention to detail, proven analytical rigor with the ability to lead, set objectives, and get results.Strong communication & social skills with the ability to influence and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams.Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.Advanced Excel skills a must. Experience in Tableau, TM1, Alteryx, PowerBI, and SQL.Technical skills in data dashboarding and reporting automation.
