Following a hybrid work schedule out of our global headquarters in downtown Chicago,

the Financial Systems Manager will be responsible for supporting the deployment of our Oracle Enterprise Planning and budgeting cloud solution in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external (off-shore) support. Additionally, the role supports the governance activities around finance metadata in Oracle Enterprise Data Management.This role falls within the Financial Systems Enablement tower within Global Business Services (GBS).Key Responsibilities:Primary functional solution lead on EDM and EBP Oracle applicationsCoordinate between various internal and external stakeholdersWork independently on a project stream of workFoster system adoption, data governance, and policy compliancePartner with the IT, GBS, and Corporate FP&A teams to identify opportunities to increase efficienciesEncourage change management and business process review for users and marketsManage one direct report as well as primary contact for IT off-shore support teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Finance4+ years of experience with Oracle-based Planning solutionsPrevious people management is strongly preferredStrong ability to communicate highly technical information to a functional/business audienceExperience developing technical and business requirements for Planning solutionsExperience with solution architecture and/or solution configurationMcDonald’s provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities as part of the application or hiring process or to perform the essential functions of their job.
