As a Director, you will have a team of 3 associates that manage the item life cycle of seasonal and limited time buy items. This team plays a crucial role in maximizing the sales and profitability of these key items. The item planning team also provides timely visibility to the merchandise team around promotional events and holidays. The Item Planning Director will have additional responsibilities across the Fresh area that include cohesive reporting, strategic planning, supplier financing, and market insights. You’ll lead insightful and actionable projects. – Support the strategic and financial forecasting & planning process to maximize growth and profitability.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Primary Location:
