Spa Advisor at GrapeSeed Spa, South Coast Winery Resort & Spa

We are seeking an outstanding customer service experience Spa Advisor. Responsibilities include:

Meets and greets all guests; determines their needs and directs them to appropriate employee/locations.

Responds to visitors, guests, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

Answers and directs calls on a multi-line phone system; takes messages and forwards calls as necessary.

Checks, clears, and returns all messages every evening before leaving and every morning upon arrival.

Takes appointments via phone, e-mail, or walk-in, booking them with accuracy.

Collects all necessary information to book appointments properly.

Utilizes the computer system accurately.

Composes and prints itineraries for guests, therapists, and attendants.

Ensures timely guest check-ins and informs therapists of guest arrivals.

Handles guest check-outs and applies proper discounts.

Collects guest comment cards, approximately four per day.

Handles money till; ensures proper accounting of funds at the start and end of shifts.

Arrives on time and maintains satisfactory attendance.

Follows all dress code requirements.

Performs general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing requests.

Prepares outgoing mail or packages as necessary.

Organizes and maintains file systems and records.

Performs duties as assigned by supervisors.

Displays product knowledge or the willingness to learn.

Maintains professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.

Exhibits PRIDE in all tasks.
