Position Purpose:
This position performs various complex tasks and is utilized to solve more difficult issues arising within the User Support Group. Troubleshoots and problems solve LAN issues. Performs tasks relating to the installation, management, and maintenance of Data and Voice networks. Answer incoming calls for the User Support group on a rotating basis, solve initial inquiries from end-user, and route highly complex issues to the appropriate resource.
Summary of Duties (not all inclusive)
Troubleshoots user support inquires including but not limited to hardware, software, and telecommunication issuesAnswers incoming calls to the User Support group on a rotating basis, solve initial inquiries from end-users, and route complex inquires to the appropriate resourceProvide excellent customer service internally, externally, and promote teamwork professionally, with a positive attitude following our customer service standardsOUR COMMUNITY:Welcome to Nacogdoches, the oldest town in Texas and the official Garden Capital of Texas .Nacogdoches is home of the Texas Blueberry Festival . Nacogdoches is a 300-year-old city known as The Oldest Town in Texas. Its located in the heart of Deep East Texas almost equidistant between Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston and Shreveport, Louisiana. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (required)Degree/Certification in Computer Sciences or a related field (preferred)Advanced proficiency in programing/interfacing (preferred)Experience working in a healthcare environment (preferred)
