As a Software Business Analyst, you’ll work to develop mission critical applications. Working with your team of architects, DevSecOps engineers, and data scientists, and alongside subject matter specialists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. The world can’t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience with direct business analysis and requirements gatheringExperience working in cross-functional Agile teams to design large-scale digital solutions that meet business objectivesExperience working collaboratively with team members, clients, and stakeholdersExperience creating technical requirements to improve business processes and develop solutions leveraging the software development life cycleExperience using Microsoft Office Suite of tools, and Jira and Sharepoint for Agile developmentAbility to quickly grasp new concepts, comprehend the intent of a client’s needs, and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilitiesNice If You Have:1+ years of experience as a Product Owner1+ years of experience as a Scrum MasterExperience with wireframing and prototyping toolsExperience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or QlikKnowledge of data science processes and best practicesKnowledge of DoD domainsPossession of excellent documentation, organization, interpersonal, and analytical skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossession of excellent client-facing or consulting skillsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
