is seeking a Field Services Branch Manager to manage overall branch operations, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and efficient day-to-day management, as well as providing direction, growth, and ensuring the success of the Company and its Employees. A strong sales aptitude is an asset, as this role is responsible for driving revenue growth and quoting.Why work for Clean Harbors?Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!Focus on maintaining sustainability and cleaning the EarthComprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment including 401K with Company matchOwn part of the company with our Employee Stock Purchase PlanOpportunities for growth and development for all stages of your careerCompany paid training and tuition reimbursementResponsibilities:Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area.Ensure communication of all required report information is provided to all pertinent departments.Review operational reports with attention to operational problems, customer concerns, regulatory compliance, and safety issues.Monitor overall branch performance with special attention to safety and environmental issues.Provide overall leadership and direction while maintaining a secure and respectful team-oriented workplace.Ensure employees are operating according to company goals, objectives, and core values.Conduct periodic field visits to inspect the equipment and working environment.Work closely with the District Manager on safety statistics and compliance reporting.Aggressively market the Company services and seek growth opportunities.Prepare annual budget based on market projections and enforce cost controls.Monitor equipment and parts inventories and ensure compliance with certification requirements.Perform annual Performance Reviews of all staff and participate in the evaluation of niche markets.Direct weekly meetings for effective information dissemination.Follow all compliance regulations and rules.Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT and local requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Experience creating and understanding budgets.Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to maintain professional relationships.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical.Preferred Qualifications:Established networks and recognition within the industry.Industry knowledge and/or experience.Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer and is Military & Veteran friendly.
