With these effective measures in place, FEAM delivers the best innovative technical services for all commercial aircraft operators.FEAM Aero is currently seeking an experienced maintenance planner to join our Miami, FL team. The maintenance planner is responsible to his/her immediate supervisor to develop and implement maintenance plans for aircraft and aircraft systems, based on manufacturer recommendations, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. The planner will coordinate with maintenance personnel to provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues.Job Duties:Responsible for planning and scheduling the maintenance of our fleet of customers' aircraft and aircraft systems ensuring that they are safe and efficient to operate.Work closely with maintenance personnel to develop and implement maintenance plans for aircraft and aircraft systems.Coordinate the resources and technical assistance needed to complete the maintenance tasks.Ensure that all aircraft are maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all applicable standards and regulations.Optimize aircraft routing and maintenance check intervals to ensure efficient utilization of aircraft and resources.Assemble and coordinate the information, people, materials, equipment, and other necessary resources needed to complete a maintenance plan.Monitor and report on the status and progress of maintenance activities and identify and resolve any issues or delays.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination, preferably in a commercial aviation environment.Knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures and regulations, such as FAA, EASA, and ICAO standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other relevant software applications.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Compensation and Benefits:FEAM Aero offers a combination of supplemental benefits to all eligible full-time employees, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans.
