This role will use technology to enhance investment decision making throughout GFI. The Senior Analyst will support team members, Portfolio Managers, and Traders on a wide variety of special projects ranging from portfolio construction, performance assessment and investment strategy. This role is critical in strengthening our team's expertise and driving our growth in the evolving global financial landscape.

utilize advanced statistical techniques and interpret fixed-income market data to support investment strategyProactively seek opportunities for upgrading our capabilities and skills, ensuring that the team stays at the forefront of the fixed-income analytics field by embracing the latest industry best practices, technologies, and methodologiesStay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and technologies related to fixed-income and analyticsManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables while maintaining attention to detail and accuracyQualifications
Numerate self-starter with strong attention to detail and a passion for learning. Bachelor’s degree required.3+ years of experience in portfolio analysis or investment management with a focus in programming, analytics & BI reporting within a fixed income environment preferredExperience with machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms and their applications in financial analysis, and the use of GPT models for advanced problem solvingStrong knowledge of statistical methods and their practical application in financial analysisProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, VBA, and SQLTenacious problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and effectivenessExperience with Blackrock's Aladdin investment platform, Bloomberg and Macrobond is preferredA keen interest in Investments and desire to dive into the intricacies of Fixed Income.Excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a team and under pressureAbout Us
