Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a HCM (Human Capital Management) Technical Analyst, you will support development, configuration, and integration of new solution modules, in addition to operations and maintenance of existing technical components in the HR technology stack for Federal agencies. Activities include designing, developing and configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system enhancements and updates. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies in agile team setup and will collaborate with functional analysts and client users.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience in large and complex IT projects, preferably in the Human Capital spaceExperience with full stack development, e.g. AWS services or PythonExperience developing or configuring COTS products and platforms, e.g. PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SalesforceAgile certification, preferably SAFeExperience developing and executing unit test scripts, troubleshooting issues, supporting user acceptance testing, and creating technical designsPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience with PeopleSoft or ServiceNow HRSDExperience developing SQL scripts and creating database schemaExperience building reports in business intelligence platformsAWS certificationAbout Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
