Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce, along with a proven track record in safety staffing and business development.

Key Responsibilities:Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for growth.Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company sales targets.Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing any concerns.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business development strategies.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the operations and recruiting team to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates.Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Provide regular feedback and insights to management regarding market trends and business opportunities.

Utilize Technology and Tools:

Use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and manage business documents, reports, and presentations.Utilize SalesForce to track leads, manage client interactions, and generate sales reports.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve business development processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, in the staffing or safety industry.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SalesForce.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
