We are looking for a driven Director, Product Management that is looking to tackle issues for the most important vertical in the world - Supply Chain. The Director, Product Management position is critical in helping identify, build out, and scale new opportunities for all of our products and segments.If you’re an inquisitive Product Manager who is able to roll up your sleeves with a passion for talking to customers and building awesome products, we’d love to speak with you.Some things you'll be doing at RoadSync...Regularly conduct discovery sessions with customers and prospects to uncover new opportunities or pain points to direct the product roadmapWork collaboratively with Design, Engineering, and QA to execute on the roadmapTie your product roadmap back to company goals to make sure we are meeting our objectivesCollaborate across customer facing teams to understand market facing issuesManage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to commercializationConduct general market research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and customer needsHelp ensure successful product launches by supporting cross-functional teams and by helping define and execute go-to-market plans and goalsMonitor and analyze product performance, making recommendations for improvements and updatesRepresent the company and its products at industry events and with key stakeholdersWe'd love to hear from you if…Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to perform planning and execution of initiativesComfortable in a competitive, high-performance, target-driven environmentData-driven, results-oriented, and preciseCreative thinker with sound business judgmentStrong written and verbal presentation skillsSelf-starter - independently initiates and drives projects toward completionBS/BA from a 4-year college or university5 plus years of experience in product managementExperience in the Payments or Logistics industries is a plusExperience with tools such as Hubspot and Pendo is a plusWhy you’ll love it here...RoadSync is a team of passionate research, sales, technical, marketing, design, success, and operations professionals.
