Join our team as a Surgical Tech where you will:·
Ensure OR rooms are ready for surgery, including all case-specific supplies and equipment are sterile and ready for use.·
Monitor sterile field throughout procedure.·
Scrub for cases, anticipate the needs of the physician and operating team.·
Position and transport patients.·
Organize room cleanup and ensure efficient room turnover, including decontaminating equipment as necessary.*Retention Incentive of $4K and $3K relocation incentive (100+ miles away).The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:Internal candidatesRehires that left Scripps less than 3 years agoIn order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the followingcriteria must be metMust remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerletter)Must remain in original department/specialtyMust remain in original Job TitleTransfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus
