About the Role:
We are looking for an Office Specialist to join our team at Perpay! You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, contributing to the creation of a welcoming and productive workspace for our team members.
We're seeking an individual with a background in hospitality or the restaurant industry and a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills that's looking to take their talents to the corporate world. This role will oversee various administrative tasks. From managing office supplies and catering to assisting with events, you'll be the backbone of our office operations. Your role will also involve providing support to the Office Coordinator and assisting with special projects as needed.
Additionally, you'll be the face of Perpay for internal and external inquiries, so first impressions are important, ensuring that you embody our company values and culture in all interactions. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the overall success of Perpay.

Responsibilities:
Maintain office cleanliness and organization, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environmentContinuous upkeep of meeting rooms, coffee bar, & kitchenServe as a point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and assistanceSet up and break down weekly catered lunches on Tuesday & ThursdaysManage inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to fulfill team requirementsSupport the Office Coordinator in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, documentation, etc.Collaborate with the People Team to uphold company policies and procedures related to office management and facilitiesAssist in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling and logistical arrangementsContribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the office experience for employeesMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communicationWhat You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program preferredPrevious experience in hospitality and/or restaurantsPrevious administration and/or customer service experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levelsAdaptability and flexibility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilitiesCommitment to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and cooperationProven experience in office administration or a related field, with strong organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of technology troubleshooting methodsProficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office softwareHey, we know not everybody checks all the boxes, so if you're interested, please apply because you could be just what we're looking for!
