Critical to this role is communicating on Sanofi’s scientific and public health progress and bringing in vital scientific and public health insights to Sanofi to support decision making. We would be delighted to explore potential synergies and determine if there is a mutually beneficial fit.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a scientific authority for Sanofi Medical in infectious diseases and vaccines, with specialized knowledge in COVID-19 and the synergies and overlap with influenza and other diseases. Communicate internally on developments in the field and externally on progress with Sanofi’s COVID-19 and other vaccine development and delivery efforts.Cultivate and maintain relationships with international external experts, including leaders of major global congress (such as Options for the Control of Influenza and other Respiratory Virus), local bodies (such as US CDC), regional bodies (such as ECDC) and global bodies (like the WHO).Organize scientific meetings with international experts (e.g., advisory boards, clinical research updates, advocacy boards).Leverage your network to drive relevant scientific and medical progress in line with the Sanofi vision.Provide insights to support clinical development, registration, and market access and contribute to the integrated evidence generation plan.Link critical scientific developments to business needs.Deliver world-class externally facing medical communications and educational programs.Educate senior internal executives and broader teams on relevant scientific and medical topics.Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, including using data to improve impact.Engage with stakeholders through digital channels.Optimize working practices for the global medical community.About youMasters degree in vaccines or infectious disease related area/specialization.
