Community Medical Center is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state’s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County’s largest and most active health care facility caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients, and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master’s preferredCurrent New Jersey RN LicensureBLS required (American Heart Association)Candidates must have 3-5 years of leadership experienceScheduling Requirements:Full Time 40 hours per weekEssential Functions:Staff includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries.Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the UnitAn integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at CMCResponsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient careThis individual is responsible for 24/7 management, recruitment, and quality improvement.Other Duties:
