to develop relationships with attorneys and share the benefits of working with our organization .

This is an

inside sales position

with candidates earning a base salary, plus strong commissions, in line with their ability to foster and grow relationships within law firms. This is a hunter/farmer role. You will have the ability to open up new accounts and manage an existing book of business. Inside Sales Experience required. No prior industry-specific sales experience is required but would be an asset.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop and build relationships with all attorneys and leading law firms in your assigned territoryTake inbound and make outbound calls to attorneys (30% Inbound /70% Outbound)Process inbound leads through day-to-day funding/underwriting of all applications that come in through marketing team effortsGrow and maintain book of business firms and develop new relationships with law firms to increase and build initial referral business (40% book management / 60% unassigned cases)Develop attorney relationships (funded in past 12 months) to maximize origination and payback (50% of time)Fund unassigned marketing leads with lapsed attorneys in region (50%)Oversee all contact with attorneys: initiating contact, following up, answering attorney questions, and getting contracts backEngage in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep Oasis top-of-mind and help build strong relationshipsFollow up on all marketing outreach inquiresResponsible for maximizing case funding amounts as applicable with appropriate pricing to ensure higher returns.Gain knowledge of sister company products with emphasis on performing demos and cross-sellingRequired Skills and Experience:

College degree required2+ years of inside sales experience with strong outbound calling and a history of successExperience managing sales through initial prospecting call to closeProven success in closing B2B sales over the phone to C-Level executives and/or decision makersExperience working with attorneys, selling to law firms not required, but a definite plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong aptitude to listenPossess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientationExperience making proactive outbound calls each dayOrganized, self-driven, confident, positive, passionate, and compassionateAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with specific set business goals and monthly/quarterly quotasBenefits:Oasis Financial offers competitive compensation (salary, and uncapped commission), and benefits that include medical, dental and vision plans, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending account and paid time off.
