Job Description - Registered Nurse RN ICU at FCCC FT 36 hrs 6:45p to 7:15a (233762)The Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU at FCCC is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician. The RN should be knowledgeable about principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice. Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient, patient's family member(s)/significant others, professional peers, and other members of the health care team to individualize patient care. The RN directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice, administrative, and departmental policies and procedures. Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area.Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)Bachelor's Degree (Required)Experience
2 Years experience in area of clinical specialty (Preferred)License/Certifications
