Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an employment litigation associate with a minimum of three years' experience to join its dynamic California and national employment law practice. The ideal candidate will have employment litigation experience, particularly in class actions and PAGA matters, and a comprehensive understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations.Candidates from large defense firms or smaller firms handling sophisticated employment defense matters are preferred. The associate’s practice will focus on employment litigation, particularly class action and PAGA matters, and some single-plaintiff matters. The candidate must be a member or pending member of the California State Bar.This position is based in Los Angeles and requires a confident, self-motivated associate with a desire to build a comprehensive employment practice in a collegial environment.
