Bookkeeper – Music & Entertainment Firm – West End, LondonAre you a bookkeeper looking to gain exposure to tour accounting, royalties and withheld tax? They cover a wide range of clients, some performing in the largest international stadia and others in intimate local venues. Amongst their client base are many household names, meaning that a lot of the work you will be conducting will be with HNWIs. The firm’s strength is within the music sector; however, the clients often have ancillary businesses which they own/run. Their largest clients have annual turnovers of £30m.The firm itself has 2 Directors and a total staff number of c.40. Most of their clients come by referrals due to their reputation within the market, and as such, the firm has enjoyed a steady period of growth.Key Responsibilities:

Processing invoices, expenses & credit cards including data entry onto a cloud accounting systemBank reconciliationsRoyalty statement analysisPreparing supplier payments, raising sales invoices and chasing debtorsPrepare quarterly VAT returns and tour accountsLiaise with suppliers, promoters, artists, management company, booking agents, crew, and labels.Minimum Requirements:
