to support our team as it continues to grow. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Compressed Air, Temperature Control, and/or Power Generation.Pay:

$24,000 - $200,000+ (Base + uncapped commissions with no market restrictions)Primary Responsibilities

Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests.Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently.Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with the level of service and support from EquipmentShare.Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.Conduct on-site job walks to ensure we provide customers with the best solution for their needs.Network with internal departments to utilize all available tools for promoting a positive customer experience.Why We’re a Better Place to Work

At least 2 years of experience within commercial sales of Power Generation, HVAC, Compressed Air, and/or Pumps.Ability to sell complex products and solutions.Effective and professional communication skills.Ability to understand market conditions and negotiate prices with customers.Familiarity with phases of various commercial construction projects.Familiarity with industrial settings and processes supported by rental Power, Generators, Compressed Air, HVAC, and/or Pumps.High level of product knowledge pertaining to rental Power, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Pumps.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Strong computer skills.EquipmentShare is an EOE M/F/D/V.
