Saltmara Nail Oasis is seeking talented and licensed Nail Technicians to join our team. Our technicians are responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients; ensuring they leave feeling pampered, polished, and satisfied. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality nail services in a luxurious and relaxing environment, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about nail care and committed to delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of nail care services including gel manicures, gel pedicures, gel overlay, Apres Gel X, Russian Manicures, nail art, and design.
Complete consultations with clients to understand their individual preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with state regulations and salon policies.
Stay up to date on the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products.
Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to meet client's expectations.
Upsell additional services and retail products when appropriate.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
Requirements:
Must be licensed to perform nail services in the state of Illinois.
Proven experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
Proficiency in gel manicures, gel pedicures, gel overlay, Apres Gel X, Russian Manicures, and nail art/design techniques.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
