Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Customer Experience Specialist to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role focuses on optimizing the customer journey, enhancing user experience, and driving engagement within the educational technology sector. As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience, making a significant impact in the K12 space.In this role you will:Develop and analyze detailed customer journey maps, identifying key touchpoints and interactions.Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to understand customer needs and pain points.Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies and improve the customer experience.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer journey initiatives.Benefits and Perks
