Prepare reports, correspondence, proposals, meeting materials and presentations; organize, review, edit and distribute communications; receive and screen phone calls, visitors and mail.Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling appointments and providing itineraries.Manage meeting planning including: scheduling meetings and preparing agendas; anticipate and coordinate needs for meetings such as logistics, equipment, catering, etc.; on occasion, may need to take and distribute meeting minutes.Maintain accuracy of organizational charts, mailing lists and contact lists.Maintain a variety of files and reports; identify opportunities when automation would assist in the overall operations of the group or department.Coordinate all aspects of travel (flights, transportation, hotels, directions, etc.), including international travel.Handle highly confidential and critical information.Manage office space needs and requirements; support new hire onboarding by setting up office space, arranging for equipment, supplies, etc.Process invoicing and prepare purchase orders; compile and submit expense reports, budget and analyses, and review any reconciliation of invoices.This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed.Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.6+ years of relevant work experience.Moderate to advanced acumen with Microsoft Office Suite; outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading; strong attention to detail with an emphasis on organization and prioritization skills.Chamberlain Group wants all of its employees to succeed and encourages people of all backgrounds to apply.
